KARNACK, Texas — Student scores for the Spring 2025 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) tests in grades 3-8 are now available to parents and guardians through the Texas Education Agency’s Family Portal, Karnack ISD officials announced.
- In a web browser (from your phone or a computer) go to www.texasassessment.gov
- In the middle of the page it has a “Family Portal” square and in the bottom left corner there is a column that says “Information and Support”. Underneath that column select the “How do I look up my access code?”.
- The next screen will ask you to fill in your child’s information. It asks for your child’s TSDS number (which is confidential) and can be obtained by emailing Ms. Nicole Turner at [email protected] or calling her at 903-679-3111.
- Once you have the TSDS number and other information filled out, select the blue box that says “search”. Your access code will then appear and you can select the blue box “go to login”.
- On the next screen enter your child’s date of birth and legal first name. Then select the blue box that says “sign on”.
- The next screen will show your child’s current scores in detail.
For assistance or additional questions, families are encouraged to contact Ms. Nicole Turner, KISD Chief Academic Officer/District Testing Coordinator, directly at the number and email listed above.
